We, at Creative Computer Services of Gulf Breeze, LLC, which maintains the website for the Watercolor Society of Alabama, wish to advise you of our privacy policy in connection with the online competition and exhibition which we coordinate on behalf of the Society.

If you submit entries, we collect only the information you furnish to us. This information is not shared or sold to any third parties.

When the names of the artists who have entered the competition are uploaded to the website after the judge has made his award decision, your e-mail address and/or website address will be included if you have indicated on the Entry Form that you want this available to the viewing public. This of course means that third parties would have access to the information.

If you indicate on the Entry Form that you want your e-mail address and/or website address included with your entries after the judge has made his award decision, this constitutes your implied consent that you might be contacted by third parties.

Although we maintain records of who entered the online competition and exhibition, no demographic or other information is kept, used or shared.
